Cast of Characters

• Wistfulgirl/Lynn - That's me! A thirty-something year old Georgia native with aspirations of being a mom someday.
• The Hubs - My awesomely wonderful hubby. Also thirty-something, but an England native with a strong love of all things political, football/soccer related and Magic: The Gathering.
• Pog - Our fiesty little terrier dog. A whole lotta bark packed into a small package. Seems much fiercer than she is, but a big softie at heart. *Update* Unfortunately, our sweet dog passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014. She is missed greatly.
• Monkey - Sometimes noted as MM for Monkey Man or Monster Man. Our youngest son. We adopted him from foster care. He was our very first placement and our first adoption.
• Prissy - Our eldest daughter. Placed through foster care with us. We are in the process of adopting her. Biological half-sister of The Dude and Princess.
• The Dude - Our eldest son. Placed through foster care with us. We are in the process of adopting her. Biological half-brother of Prissy and Princess.
• Princess - Our youngest daughter. Placed through foster care with us. We are in the process of adopting her. Biological half-sister of Prissy and The Dude.
• Nana - My mother. Lives with us.
